Crew Express

Crew Express is a little bar and kiosk squeezed between Radio Beirut and Lock Stock. It offers bar-stool seating for some eight people along the bar. It is a place for in-between venues, the way home or simply for a cheap evening out. Especially in the summer time (which last from April to October) drinkers and smokers congregate on the pavement in front which contributes immensely to the atmosphere – which in turn is always convivial and friendly.

Don't be fooled it offers much more than any other kiosk, the mixed drinks are fine, beers are cheap and food (sandwiches and pizza slices) can be ordered from places near by – that is on top of the snacks that are available. All is obviously served with music.

More importantly though, if you are looking to cheer for you team and watch the English Premier League, the Spanish La Liga, or the German Bundesliga (but even lesser leagues like the Italian Serie A or the French Ligue 1) and most certainly the Champions League (and obviously all the World Cup or the Euro) this is an interesting address. If cheap footie is you want, this venue definitely is your address. And if you get there early enough and the your match isn't just overlapping with the Classico, Chelsea vs Arsenal or the likes you most likely get to put on the game you want to watch and enjoy. (Smokers will like that they can indulge their habit and keep watching on the streetside screen).
