Central Station

Open since April 2013, Central Station Boutique Bar has become a cocktail force to be reckoned with. Named after the old Beirut station located in the center of the capital, Central Station is a beautifully designed bar that overlooks ancient Lebanese ruins, which makes for an exquisitely mysterious experience.

The aim of the bar was to bring the best classic cocktails back to the forefront of Beirut’s drinking scene, whilst adding new flare and modern creativity to forgotten libations. Central Station is recognized for its innovative approach to mixed drinks that utilized culinary techniques to aid in the story of each and every cocktail on its list. It’s known for having some of the most popular and famous cocktails in town, coupled with some of the best bartenders, what else?

The music is contemporary with a predilection towards Swing, Jazz and Blues genres. The international menu is quite good and includes a few tasty healthy options (Grilled Salmon mini burgers are coming soon. Stay tuned).

Expect a not-so-laid-back crowd during the weekends as the place has gotten enough buzz to warrant a see-and-be-seen label…we can think of worse labels to have!
