Suites look over the port and Crusader Castle, each room is individually decorated with antiques handpicked by the hotel from Byblos and other historic areas in Lebanon.

The hotel’s esteemed Dar L’Azark restaurant is a summer venue, an outdoor eatery extends out over the sea and offers guests relaxing seascape views with a broad selection of seafood. The restaurant also serves Friday brunch with live entertainment. Dar L’Azrak Masa, on the other hand, allows guests to eat above the remnants of ancient civilizations, in a beautiful dining room that rests atop Byzantine and Roman ruins that were discovered when the hotel was being constructed. For casual dining options, the Café Tournesol bistro offers sandwiches, pizza and traditional breakfast.
