Al Forno

Al Forno is an all Italian casual restaurant located at the famous Zaitunay Bay Beirut. Menu items include soups, salads, appetizers, and, of course, pastas and wood-fire oven made pizza. Al Forno carries a hard to find pasta shape called Malformati and the Pizza…; it’s twisted, as you would describe their signature pizza “Sfilatino”. Moreover they prepare Chicken, Steak and Salmon platters made with Italian recipes. The restaurant also carries a wide-ranging list of local and Italian wine. Everything served at Al Forno is made with authentic Italian ingredients, and is completely fresh and home made from the pasta dough to the sauces, creating an exquisite taste that’ll make your taste buds dance.
