This place is a crowd magnet. Been planning to try it since ever! I passed for a late lunch with a friend of mine. We were pleasantly welcomed, though the estimated waiting time to be seated was 20 minutes we were called shortly after. The decoration is so fresh, the table clothes blueish but with a butchery pattern.
We ordered the aged black angus beef which comes medium, topped by caramelized onions and with a slice of tomato, onions and two lettuce leaves on the side. The bun has the exact thickness needed to hold the ingredients without being imposing. The matchsticks homemade fries. Two jars of ketchup and mustard land on the table too.
It comes with a price: 35 thousand for the burger but it was totally worth it!
