Marianne Hoayek is Executive Director at Banque du Liban - Head of the Governor's Executive Office. She is the right hand person to the Lebanese Central Bank's Governor - Riad Salameh and is his spokesperson on many of the initiatives put forward by his office including the implementation of BDL Intermediate Circular 331 relating to the capitalization of startups, with a view to boost the Lebanese economy through facilities granted to banks that support startups and knowledge economy.
Marianne Hoayek graduated in Business Economics from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and in Law from the Lebanese University and obtained her Masters Degree in Laws of Banks and Capital Markets from the Saint Joseph University (USJ)
